Traditional wool suiting is too hot and heavy for warm weather. Basic cotton–linen blends can feel flat, crease badly, and fail to support sharp tailoring. Many generic ramie or hemp fabrics are rough, unstable and risky in bulk.
RAMIE offers a different path.
Ramie is a natural, hollow fiber with excellent breathability and moisture management. Paired with the right spinning, weaving and finishing, it becomes a powerful solution for light tailoring
Ramie blazer fabric is a family of ramie-based woven fabrics engineered specifically for blazers, jackets and light tailoring.
Typically 200–320 g/m², ideal for warm-weather suiting and unstructured jackets.
Common blends like Ramie/Tencel or Ramie/Poly/PTT enhance comfort, resilience, and structure.
Classic suiting weaves (plain/twill/herringbone/bird’s-eye) plus pre-shrinking and crease recovery finishing for stable patterns and better wear.

All our ramie blazer fabrics are pre-shrunk to keep home-wash shrinkage at or below 3%, significantly better than ordinary natural linen, which often exceeds 5%.
We combine high-elastic blends and formaldehyde-free anti-wrinkle finishing to reach wrinkle recovery levels that outperform common linen fabrics, while preserving natural slub character instead of forming harsh, deep creases.
